Payment terms are as follows:
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Requests that significantly alter the project scope will require a revised proposal and may affect timelines and costs.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files, content) as outlined in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of JGMS IT Solution.
JGMS IT Solution retains the right to:
The client warrants that all content, images, logos, and materials provided to us for use in the project do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:
Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing materials, etc.) may result in revised timelines at no additional cost to JGMS IT Solution.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets shared during the course of the project. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the project or business relationship.
JGMS IT Solution provides a post-delivery support period as specified in the project agreement (typically 30 days for websites and apps). During this period, we will fix bugs and issues that are attributable to our work at no additional charge.
The warranty does not cover:
Ongoing maintenance and support beyond the warranty period is available as a separate retainer engagement.
JGMS IT Solution's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the project agreement with 15 days' written notice. Upon termination:

Our services may involve integration with or recommendation of third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways, CRMs). JGMS IT Solution is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
JGMS IT Solution shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
